In the lush greenery of Dempsey Hill,  atout offers a conference destination where venues are matched with personalized service
and are equipped with audio visual capabilities. 

In the main event space, a large projector screen can display meeting materials and presentations to an audience of 80 people. 

Product launches, trade shows, galas, company celebrations, board meetings and other gatherings can all be accommodated and supported 

with planning, catering, entertainment, and other services.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions.
A 5ft round table seats eight to 10 people comfortably and 6ft round table seats 10 to 12 people comfortably.

The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures.
Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.

Stand-up social function where beverages and canapes are served.
May precede a meal function.

Maximum Capacity: 70pax

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking.
This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

Maximum Capacity: 80pax.

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people.
These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
