“atout” is French for “asset” or Trump Card” were founded in 2018 with a formula of home-made charcuterie, informal bistro fare and affordable wines. 

In 2019 we added a Gourmet & Wine Shop at Level 2 and in 2024 we have also added a event space at Level 3 which can be use to host a multitude of intimate events. 

Meet The Owner

The sexy Atout is Chef Patrick Heuberger’s biggest asset.

This is how it came about. Restaurant Atout is the culmination of a 17-year journey for Patrick Heuberger, 44, in the year 2018.

The Geneva-born chef came to Singapore in 2001 is now firmly settled into his role as husband, father and chef-owner of the restaurant of his dreams.
